It is a rare set because it was drawn by an artist using a very special technique to get an incredible level of detail on each doll. The artist used a paint brush with only 1 hair to paint extremely thin and delicate lines. Each eye lash was painted separately, each hair, dot, and lines. The dolls faces are intricate and beautiful. Each dolls face is the same which is very difficult to achieve. The artwork is set against a black background bringing out the craftsmenship and skill of the artist. The fairy tails have a stunning level of detail in all the characters.
