This is from my store inventory unfortunately I closed the store. This is exquisite and has been kept in clean enviorment behind glass under low lights. As with all wood items they sometimes expand and contract with heat or cold. The nesting dolls all fit into each other and must be handled very carefully when opening the nests. Take a look at the zoom pictures. The largest piece is 9 and then regresses down to the smallest piece that is under an an inch. There are 7 nesting dolls in total.You will be hard pressed to ever find an art piece as wonderful painted and detailed as this fine art. Please check the zoom pictures.
