Hand made, hand painted, wooden, five piece Martreshka, Russian, nesting dolls made in the Russian Republic. They are in mint condition. There are no cracks or defects. The artist and craftsman was highly skilled in wood working and painting.

The style and quality of painting on this particular set shows an excellent skill in capturing the portraits of each Beatle. The dolls are extremely well made and fit perfectly together. This doll was signed by the artist. See the photo that shows the signature on the bottom of the doll.

The personal signature of the artist ads value to the piece. The outer most doll is the John Lennon doll and it measures 7 1/4" tall and 3 1/2" in diameter. Please look closely at my photos.
