Russian Orthodox Style Matryoshka Nesting Dolls - Hand Painted. Five of the dolls have carved out windows in the shape of a cathedral - these frame the icons in the next size doll. The largest doll has the carved out cathedral shapes with an intricate carved out design around the windows on the front. These frame the Madonna and child and two other icons on the next doll.
